Guidance for the controlled Marketing Assistant release. Account access and enabled features depend on your workspace configuration.

Email info@apnprestigegroup.com.au with the page name, time of the issue and a redacted screenshot. Never send passwords, access tokens, recovery codes or customer records.
Support response times are not guaranteed by this page. For an uncertain post or payment result, check its saved status before repeating the action.
Getting started
- Sign in to the authorised agency and select the intended client brand.
- Open Marketing Assistant. Confirm the business brief, factual support, requested formats and AI preparation allowance.
- Prepare a campaign pack. Review the saved assets and resolve any failed or unverified checks.
- An owner or administrator approves the exact final copy. A copy approval alone does not authorise publishing or spending.
- For enabled pilot workspaces, open Delivery, choose the specific Facebook Page and schedule, then review the combined copy-and-delivery approval.
Video scripts and landing-page copy require separate production. This release does not automatically activate paid advertisements or send an email merely because it generated a draft.
Troubleshooting
Preparation appears interrupted
Refresh the pack. When its preparation lease has expired, use Recover preparation to keep saved work without replaying a model request. Already reserved usage is retained. You may also cancel a preparation.
An account says connected but delivery is blocked
Use Social Connections as the connection owner and save the exact account selection. Open Delivery setup and run the read-only preflight. A saved label does not establish current provider authorisation.
Publication is uncertain
Do not resend automatically. Open the delivery receipt and verify the existing post. Stopping future delivery does not delete posts already sent.
API reference availability
A public, self-service AgencyOS API reference is not available in this release. Contact support to discuss an authorised integration. Do not use private backend endpoints as an undocumented public API.
Service status and release checks
This page does not display real-time uptime or certify that integrations are operational. Signed-in owners can run Marketing Assistant → Delivery setup → Run read-only preflight to inspect their own configuration. Scheduler operation and a controlled publishing test require separate acceptance.
